Salt sessions The salt cave was built entirely of salt, i.e. the walls and the floor are made of salt, the water flowing in the pond is also salty. In our salt cave, specially prepared salt was used for medicinal purposes, containing iodine, magnesium, manganese and calcium . A constant temperature of about 20 degrees Celsius makes you feel good. High humidity of 70% reduces the evaporation of water from the respiratory tract, effectively preventing the adverse drying of mucous membranes in the upper respiratory tract. The abundance of air in sodium chloride is positive due to its antibacterial and antifungal effect, and this causes the air in the Grotto to be 10 times cleaner than the surrounding one. In addition, an increased oxygen pressure has been observed in the Grotto, which causes its increased penetration into the blood and thus better oxidation of the body.
